The Holly American Legion is proud to show off our gorgeous facility, recently updated in 2023. Updates include a brand new floor, freshly painted walls, and a multi-speaker 3,000 watt sound system (it rocks the building!). This isn't your usual event hall! The sound system has bluetooth and we have a guide available to ensure you can easily pair your phone, tablet, or computer directly into the stereo system.  You'll love it.        

We want to make it easy for you to plan your next event at our event rental space in Holly.  With ample off-street private parking and overflow on-street parking, your party will be able to easily access our beautiful facility.  There are two entrances to our facility - one with a fully handicap accessible ramp. 

Providing event space availability, The Holly American Legion is able to offer very short notice and last minute event space rentals in Holly, MI. If your previous venue fell through give us a call and we’ll try to work some magic to ensure your event goes off without a hitch.  Tables and chairs are stored on site (in a closet next to the event space!) –  you can have your event up and running with minimal effort.  We want to make your event successful! 

With a maximum capacity of 150 guests you and 149 closest friends can pack the building.  The huge Holly American Legion venue allows for a sizable dance floor for your event.  Turn up the volume on the 3,000 watt sound system and your guests will be dancing for hours.

Our venue does have a 'prep area' available and is great for use by a bartender or caterer. While it may look like a kitchen, it should only be used for food prep brought in from offsite.  This prep area is the perfect area for your caterer to organize and, well, prep your meal.  Need a spot to store food or drinks?  Use this space!

Battley Alley Wedding Venue

Do you want to get Married IN Historic Battley Alley?  Do you want the picturesque setting of the historic buildings on either side of your arch?  The aged bricks with all their history below your feet?  Our American Legion Hall and Venue Center is located within walking distance (1,000 feet) of Historic Battle Alley in Holly, MI.  Your guests can park in our private off street parking lot and walk down to your wedding at their convenience and then return to the American Legion Wedding Venue for your after-ceremony reception.  

There is a specific process with the Village of Holly that must be completed before your Battle Alley Ceremony -  a small form for the special use.  

Holly, MI Event Space Rental Costs

We aim to make our event rental space affordable and accessible for everyone. With a full day rental of our entire space running only $350.00 (plus a cleaning fee of $50), you will not find better value in Holly, MI.  If a full day rental is not your thing the Holly American Legion offers hourly and funeral rates (contact us for more information on funeral rates).  There is a rental option available for everyone.

Verify there aren't event conflicts with your requested date.  If there aren't any conflicts, please contact the American Legion rental team at 248-820-5057 to begin the booking process.  At this point we will request you to sign a rental agreement.  We aim to keep the entire process as simple as possible to ensure your event goes off without a hitch.
